Comment: this 720p video recorded must be recorded in android 2.3.7, which is has bit rate approximately 6000 kbps and stereo sound. 720p video in android 4.0.4 has better quality, about twice of bit rate, about 12000 kbps. but the sound becomes mono. the ugly squares in the videos is almost gone in android 4.0.4.
